Kustom Dog Kennels are large items so we understand not everybody has access to a Ute, Trailer or Truck to come and pick them up. We use several safe and trusted Courier/ Freight services that enable us to get your Kennel moving not only within Victoria but all over Australia. Please select your location at check out and the cost will be added to your order. If you are in a regional location please contact us for a Freight quote before ordering.
Please note that the driver will need a clear and easily accessible spot at the front of your premises to do the drop. You may require a few people to help you lift into its final location as they are quite heavy. Same goes for a Depot pick up that part is on you.
*Orders of more than one Kennel will include a delivery fee for each Kennel. All prices are quoted on the size and location.

RETURNS
Every Kennel leaves our Factory fully assembled and customised. We strongly encourage all buyers to TRIPLE check the external dimensions of your chosen Kennels. Ensuring it will;
a) Fit your dog inside comfortably. Check out our sizing chart if you are not 100%.
b) Sit well in the intended spot at your home or workplace etc...
c) There is clear passage from the delivery drop off point to its intended location. *Gates, doors and even fences have been removed in the past to get the kennel into place, so definitely get that tape measure out!
We have an 10-12 week build-time for all Kustom Dog Kennel orders. Each and every order is built from scratch, with great care given to all details. This build-time also doubles as time for you to make any changes to your order. Please note that we do not offer returns for a change of heart or incorrect measurements once your kennel is built.
PAYMENT TERMS
Manual Payment: We require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total purchase price to confirm your order. Full payment MUST be made before your order is dispatched.
PayPal: Full payment will be asked for at the time of checkout and invoice payment.
Square: Online credit card payment service. Full payment at check out
